Precision from Initial impression to restoration seating

At Elite Dental Lab, we have implemented a two-step QC process that ensures accuracy, reliability, and clinical success. Every case we receive is put through a structured process from initial intake through to final inspection to ensure we meet the highest standards of restorative dentistry.

Stage 1: Order Verification & Impression Evaluation

This step is one of the most important for us. Our dedicated team will carefully review your submission before we start the production.

Receiving the Order

We start by signing up and recording the cases as presented by the dentist.

Impression Inspection

Our lab techs review the impression that was sent to us for clarity and correctness. If you find any mistake that can have an impact on the resoration we are asking you to take it over again.

Verifying Impression Contents

We make sure that everything needed is present — for example:

Assessing Impression Quality

We assess the anatomical structures, the margins clarity, and the finishing lines. We do not care what type of preparation they’ve before, whether a shoulder, chamfer or bevel, we make sure each margin is well delineated and duplicate able.

Stage 2: Technical Production & Final Quality Check

This level is performed by our trained dental technicians with specialist tools and artisan skills.

Product Production & Packaging

Every restoration can be made with each selected material and technology suitable for the given case type – be it metal, ceramic, zirconia or acrylic. Once finished, it’s carefully wrapped for shipping.

Final Design Matching

We check the final design to ensure the treatment plan matches with the dentist’s requirements.

Rigorous Quality Check

Each case is inspected for:

And a case doesn’t leave our lab unless it passes all of these checkpoints.

At Elite Dental Lab, QUALITY isn’t a step, we instill it in every aspect of our workflow. We do not simply bring back restorations. We deliver peace of mind.
